Wow thought this disappeared.
I apologize for the inconviences and to grumpy.
I tested everthing many times and the speedowouldn't work. Marlin techs said it's either the wiring or the speedo sensor.
I can get the speedo to move by shorting wires and po said it worked fine. It took me 2 months to find a truck with a working electric speedo. That was tonight, I put the one I bought from grumpy in and it too worked so the problem is with my truck and not this part.
I'm sorry for the inconvience and thanks to the moderator for helping me out.
I still haven't been able to get a hold of grumpy and he did mention back surgery back in Nov. So I hope that is not why he isn't able to be contacted. I hope all is well and truly feel stupid for not being able to pinpoint the problem sooner.
