shock help, looking for pics
« on: Apr 14, 2011, 07:13:27 PM »
Im looking for pics from the inside of the engine compartment of Marlins large shock hoops with the wheel wells cut. preferably on a fist gen. I searched here and pirate and couldnt find any.
Im trying to decide on 12's or 14's for my new RUF . from what iv read it sounds like 14's are best for RUF so id like to see how much cutting ill have to do and what the finished product will look like.
thanks

Didn't have to cut my 1st gen with Marlin's long hoops. I did have to move the mount down and tip them as far back as I could. I also didn't run really long shocks either, I thought about cutting the fenders but just couldn't bring myself to do it since my 80 was pretty clean and didn't want to start cutting it up.
