87 raanger2.9 first build

this truck was given to me and it now runs like a champ after some work plans are sas full width out of f-100 and hope fully a ford 9 inch rear end all sitting on about 4-6 inches of lift with 35s im looking for suggestions on things that would be better

are you gonna stay coils up front then or convert to leafs?

i miss my 89, it had a 2.9 in it and it was the last year of the floorshift transfercase...

i was thinking bout going to leafs up front and this has the floor shift t case with a 4 speed i am going to try and get the f-100 axle in the front done by the end of july at the latest

just got my solid and 4 inch blocks for the rear

an f100 front end should be setup for coils shouldnt it? so why not try to retain those coils>?

i did end up staying with coils up front now im looking for taller springs

i was going to do the same thing with my 86 ranger. but i sold it to get a toyota  :gap:
