I gots me one! YAAA!
Could I run this even if I only got a single t-case? I plan on getting duals, but I would like to get a better cross member now!
Affirmative. However it may be used with a Rotated Marlin Crawler dual case adapter if you use just the front t/case mount. This way you can have the strength and full skid protection of this crossmember and still have your front drive line up out of the rocks via the rotated adapter. It is not down? The Armor page is working fine, but the old crossmember information has been removed to make way for this new information, which should go up on the Armor page on Monday. As you can see in my opening post here, the price and an ordering link is available above It mounts to your frame using the stock Toyota crossmember mounting location. Because the BudLite crossmember is only 3/4" thick, it gains nearly 2.5" more ground clearance than your stock Toyota crossmember with much greater strength, full dual case protection, and ability to run two t/case mounts to help prolong your engine mounts and better carry the weight of your drivetrain. Here is an example picture of a BudBuilt crossmember:I believe these options will be available once all styles (1st gen and V6 applications) are finished, however you would need to as CruzrDave for more accurate information regarding this.Regards,BigMike
That is a pic from Bud's site, its just to show off the products.
Hey big Mikei couldn't help but notice the two shackles on the front of the truck. are they different on each side or am i just seeing things?
Hey big Mikei couldn't help but notice the two shackles on the front of the truck. are they different on each side or am i just seeing things? didn't mean to change the subject, sorry. i just got my mco7 today, and next pay period, i'll be ordering up the crossmember. looks awsome.
Nice Crossmember as always from Bud
And that is just the old style, which is much heavier and has worse ground clearance
