richard,
Are you testing on hard (paved) ground?
How long have you had this rig? Has the front or rear end been changed? I've seen many rigs where the 3rd member has been changed out and the person doing it did not realize that there are more than one stock gear ratio.
Anymore info? Does it do it in a straight line or only when turning etc.

I'm with fireball, sounds like different gear ratio's is the front also 5.29? has this been going on since you regeared the axles or is it a new problem?

also  you should have more air in the front tires than the rear tires,  you can measure from the ground to the top  of the tire  and adjust air pressure accordingly  to get the same height

like 20 psi front 12 rear,   just depends on the truck

i'm gonna have say that it's binding because your doing it on pavement(too much traction), try it on some gravel and it should be fine.  of course its gonna be worse when you turn on pavement in 4wd.

if the tires are perfectly  the same hieght  it wont bind at all,  perfect is hard, if not impossible  but you can get close

and yea  dont run in 4wd  on pavement,  thats just bad

thanks to all for replies.only problem was the driver.the truck has been sitting for a while and i just changed all the fluids and wanted to make sure everything was working o.k.there is no dirt near me so i just went to a parking lot, seems that was the main problem.
