FYI I think there are like 50+ clubs in the sac area..

I'd say join cal4wheel first, look at their listing of clubs and go from there. Watch for local trips at www.RiverCityRockCrawlers.com too

I've been through two clubs and personally I say wheel with friends..

Thanks, I need to hook up with some more people to wheel with. The guys I go with do not go much, but we are to the Rubicon on Sat just for the day if any wants to go with us.

Well i got a rig thats being built up.  I got 4 friends with 82 toys rolling around elk grove, 1 friend in a yellow 86 another in a blue 89 and we all wheel together.  When dirtbag gets a rig ill wheel with him.  So far thats 7 of us who wheel together.  Brandon says that wheelin with friends is the better way to go.  I agree.   We all live around the lowes off of 99 and calvine.  your welcome to wheel with us at prairie city and wereever the hell we go.  Were goin to prairie city sunday.   ANYBODY IN???
