Tomorrow I will finish painting the outside of the house. While I was painting the house our den started leaking wife called me at work one day stating we had a leak in the den could I come home. She moped up about 3 gallons. I got home took out the wet vac & filled up a 16gallon vac. Found out the foundation had a leak & that's where the water came from. Dug that up tared it replaced all the underground drains for the gutters as well as putting in underground drains around the house just to make sure we would not have more leaks. also took out 3 large trees including grinding the stumps & removed a granite wall.
