My wife is 5 yrs older than me and it was never an issue, she doesn't try to control me and I don't mess with her. What it boils down to is respecting each other and that everyone is different and has different desires. Plus by being able to get along and do the things she likes and visa versa you get both ends. My wife loves D-land and I could care less but we generally go once a week. Right now camping and wheeling is kinda not happening but if I loaded the camper tomorrow and packed the wheeler we'd be off.
