No its a 5 speed. I thought the vibration was coming from my driveline but when I disconnected the driveline the noise remained coming from the t case. I figured not having a cv threw a bearing out but they are all fine. The only thing i noticed was oil pump gear and speedo gear smelt a little burnt. My driveline angle is not bad at all.

Okay the thing about noises like that is they can be hard to pinpoint where they are coming from, sometimes,

Put the rig up in the air all four wheels have someone run the vehicle and see if you can detect if it is in the Transfer case for sure,

Over the years Frt Wheel hubs have been blamed for Transfercase problems, and Rear diff bearings blamed for frt wheel bearings,
Point is noise can and will transfer around,

And then again check the frt driveline carefully as well
