I recommend the body lift option if for only to give clearance for the transfercase mounted brake

. I found the same problem with my install and added the two inch body lift! However, I'm sure many on this site will disagree and opt to adjust the sheet metal, but I required more clearance for raising the fuel tanks and additional suspension travel.
What ever you decide you will find the new brake works real well and eliminates all the moving parts on the rear axle that is prone to seizing if not used and maintained regularly.
