i have done tons of thirds. I have all the tools i need, including the best of all, a pinion bearing that is wallered out so i dont have to press it on and off to set pinion depth.
even before i had all the "special" tools i set up alot for myself, never had a problem except for some loud gear sets....
a loud gear means its not set up right
