So I drilled and tapped this dang steering box housing before checking to see if it was any good. And after a quick inspection I found that the cylinder wall were the teflon ring rubs against is pitted. I think its enough to let power steering fluid bypass and really mess with the pressure in the ram. SOOO I think Ima have to get another housing
