So with that being said i should be able to use my long slip front driveline in place of the rear if i ever break the rear and still need to drive home on the highway 
Thats the second best thing about dual cases and long spline d lines.. We used my front in place of a rear to get a buddy off of the trail just a few weeks ago, otherwise he would have had to leave it overnight
