yea i guess it could be worn out, after all its got 320,000 miles on it. 
maybe the extra gears in the crawl box bear more on it making it louder. oh well, ill run it till it stops, then have my dad rebuild it
hey the W56B trans I put in the 85 had almost 400k on it and it ran smooth as butter. best trans I have ran. it was in 3 vehicles... out ran a trans with 160k and 215k
should I say, REPLACED them.
