i take it you have never done a lift be for. why would they be any different than an aftermarket one then it wouldnt work. it wouldnt line up with the perches or shackles duhhhhhhhh 
um BECAUSE, the lifted springs when about halfway compressed will bind because you didnt move the front hanger forward to compensate for the longer springs
