It's been a while but yes they are at it again, first it was tainted babies milk and it was a deliberate act to mask the fact that they had watered it down. So to pass inspection melamine was added raising the nitrogen levels to fool the inspectors of the protein deficiency. Now this has spread to Cadbury since they have a plant in China, I think that I'm going to start looking very carefully at what I buy and where it comes from.
