I've gotten motivated last night and today to fix all the crap that got fixed before I moved in.

here it is when I moved in:
Since I had to fix this, I wanted to move the towel holder up some:
this is what came out of the wall.
solid chunk of caulking.
and only 2 towel holder screws were in wall anchors
Fontucky hole repair:
I would have used fishing line but all my tackle is in storage.
that was all last night and I sanded it again this morning and put some more crap on it. Kinda like body work.
