196,000 is about what a daily driven yota gets on the original clutch (if its not wheeled heavily), probly time for a new clutch. if the master and slave are good than it sounds like the pressure plate fingers are weak. go ahead and purchase the whole kit, the marlin kit is the best but there are cheaper ones that you can purchase from your favorite parts store (I wouldnt recomend one with rubber dampeners) the next from the cheapest is only about $80.

Replacing the clutch isnt really that difficult, but that also depends on you mechanical ability. If you would rather have a shop do it than your probly looking about $550-$700. I charge a flat rate of $180 + parts and takes about 3 hours.
