Arms are not bent and the springs are reversed arched from the factory, they came that way. Though if they are originals they'd be a little bit more arched than when they were new. If anything has changed it would be the steering rod, that is usually where something bends. Even a little bend will make it pull but sometimes when you really bend one it'll look like this.
