Have you had your batteries tested? There can be enough voltage to turn on lights, stereo etc but the computer won't even let the engine turn over without a certain amount of voltage. A battery with a bad cell could cause an intermitant problem and the low voltage could cause the relay to "flutter". (have had a couple of buddies have this issue)
