on the cone washers i used some punches and a hammer but after bending a few punches, i found that you can just use a BFH and hit the head of the stud and knock the cone washers loose. also you'll need the 52 mm socket to get the giant nut off. and maybe a pair of c-ring pliers the kind that spread while you squeeze the handle.
