i would  use  10w30   for  break in,  start it  and let it  run at a high idle  1500 - 1900 rpms  for about 15-20 minutes
then  take it for a short spin  2-3 miles  , i wouldnt go over  3000 rpm  at this point  but  with it  around 2000rpm in 2nd  or 3rd floor it  until  you get up to 3000  this  will help seat the rings  properly

then   go  back  home,  and after  it cools enough  to handle  the  nuts  remove the valve cover  and  check the valve clearances,  if  in spec  or  maybe a tad loose,  say .010  and .012  your ok, change the oil   and  drive  basically  the same way   for  the next 500 miles  a few  full throttle pulls  but  nothing for very long  and not over  3500 rpm
