don't get talked out of springs before you get all of the facts/opinions. the chebby/rearsinfront do good enough to semi keep up with a buddy in a bad ass buggie and leave others behind. to these that say that chevy's don't do more than a "ramp queen" let's wheel. just like was said in this thread about the 44044's, the chevy's need to be set up correctly.
