very funny. i've had some front driveline issues but it'll be ready for the new years day bald run. yes it does need some sliders i know.

1) i'm getting bad driveline vibes from the rear between 50 and 60mph whats going on? my pinion angle is ok, we did drop the driveshaft pretty hard once right on the splines and it has seen a little trail abuse. is it just off balance?

2) i'm getting wierd clunking/rattling from the front axle when i hit small bumps, brake, or turn. i just rebuilt it last weekend, new brakepads, everything is tight and i don't have any death wobbles and my shocks are brand new. i have no idea whats going on here...

does your rear shaft have alot of play? hows your u joints and i would have it balanced

I had a vibration when i first did mine, which is what forced me to setup Duals and setup rear driveline with a dual cardan joint/Cv joint on the Tcase side of the shaft. You may have to much angle on the t-case side of the DL

About the Rattle, Do your shocks have the sleeve in the bushing? See if the shock hoop or shock is contacting the inner fender, I have seen that before.

my shocks do have sleeves in the bushings and the shock is contacting the fender well a bit. i'll take em out tomorrow and see if thats the problem.

whats the specs on your front dl, square round? stock lengthend?

And for the rear my buddies truck gets the same vibe im sure from 65 and up. He just goes with it and I think it has something to do with his angle to the t case like that.
