What is an AEC object?

I'm working with AutoCAD 2004.

Not an AUGI member, but I'll check it out.

Remember, I'm not so good with all the technical stuff, being self taught and all.

I forgot. I thought you had taken classes.

AEC objects are what the ADT objects, walls, doors, windows, stairs etc... are called. Anything that is not just an AutoCAD entity.
Being self taught AUGI is going to be a great resource for you. And they are a great bunch of people. I've known some of them for 5-6 years or more. ANd it really is international, there are people from all over the world on there.
