If you leave the motor mounts alone then the t-case will move in a slight arc as you raise it, although for all intents and purposes it is probably negligible either way...I really wanted to know how much it will affect driveshaft static length.

I would think it would change it about zero.  It certainly won't change it enough to matter when compared to the travel in the splines.
