I probably spent around 1500 in parts and did all the work my self including wiring. It was worth it though! You have to do some fab work and welding. Engine fits in bay, need to get a rear sump oil pan though. Need a 3rz bellhousing  and custom motor mounts. Exhaust can be run under the trans back to the correct side. Not going in to all the details. If not good with a welder and fab work might not be a good option then. My 85 is a dd got all the parts and finished the swap in 3 days by my self. I put the taco dash harness in my truck and wired it to my igntion and gauges. That was the hardest part I think. There r plug n play harnesses avalible and bolt on motor mounts  but they will cost u. I'm getting better gas mileage and loads more power now.
