hey yall, yes im a noobie.. to this site ne ways ive been wheelin for a few years but i just got my own truck, its a 87 yota, pretty much stock but by the end of april i should have a 4" suspensoin and a 2" body, and im swapen in a chev 350, ne one with ideas for future mods lemme kno!

Ill secong that one!  Stay away from the small block. It makes for a seriously fun ride on the street bot offroad all you do is fix everything fromt he bellhousing back.  Been there done that, now Ive got a 22re and its staying.

scheid you'd be surpised what I can make a poor little re do when its needed.  You also seem to forget that I built and drove my 84 for 6 years with a rather radical 350 in it.  Yes it was great for the power but it just broke everything.  Replacing crap is not much fun, thats whay I finally got rid of the truck.  I spent more time wrenching on it than actually driving it.  It was damned fun though.

say no to smallblocks ive had them both and the toy has never had the hood up on the trail or anywhere else. if you ever wheel with a bunch of jeeps with chevys in them 9 out of 10 will have to stop to fix something before they get to the trail. keep it toy
