Nice start!

I had a 4" ifs lift on my 4runner at first, and bought some 33's to go with it.  Not very long after i sas'd it and then 33's were too small and i jumped to 36"s.

Pretty sure he is going with 3" TG springs on his SAS. 33s should be just right until he's ready to trim fenders for fitting larger tires down the road.

A lot. Pack the knuckle full. Pack your bearings and add more to the hub.
If you see it, its for sale.

I think it came out to about one can per side.

I just packed the birfs really well along with the bearings, and put extra grease inside the knuckle ball which i dont think is necessary.  It just sucks having to deal with all the grease when you have to pull the front end apart later

Already had it out haha, about to do an SAS and figured it would be easier to do it before it goes under the truck

Started my solid axle swap today, my boss let me use our shop so i had a welder and plasma cutter on hand ready to use, but he only gave me two days, my goal for the first day was to just get everything cut off not grinded just cut off, well being able to use the plasma cutter it made real short work of those brackets and made cutting a breeze so i wqs ahead of schedule and was able to cut everything off grind down the inperfections and weld in the motor mount plates! Before i left for home! Not bad for 8 hours of work i think, (my first SAS ever)

Still need gears and a drive line but hope fully ill atleast have the axle on the truck so i can drive it. Ill leave the driveline off since i have 4.88 in the rear and 4.10 in the new axle soon to be swapped for the 4.88's gonna throw on the rotors, histeer re torque all my nuts and bolts and then worry about shocks and hoop next week, my goal is to get it so i can atleast drive it out of the shop.

Truck is now sitting on her own power, no more jack stands. Still need to do a few more things in the shop, weld on shock hoops bumpstop extensions put the new rotors on. Then new driveline and front gears, then she will be done. Here is how she looks right now. I am very fortunate to be able to use the shop I work at. My boss has let me take time off to work on my truck at our shop (Truck Trails Northwest) so i can use the welder and plasma cutter (made fast work out of cutting everything off)

Only way I have ever gotten them off is with two 14mm end wrenches. You are right there isn't enough room for a ratchet. I have heard that you can take the yoke apart and grind on it to get more angle out of it. High angle driveline can make a brand new driveline for you application if you have the money.
