Can't get through to Marlin Crawler by phone

What the hell is going on with Marlin Crawler? I ordered parts in July and received half of my order. I've called 20-25 times all hours of the day and get "We are experiencing high call volume, call back whenever you want to hear this message again". I've emailed 2 or 3 times still can't get through to anyone. This is getting old. I guess I should look at the bright side, at least I got one of the 2 W56's done. Still waiting on parts for the other one. Ridiculous.

I read somewhere from one of big mikes posts that they recently lost 2 of their sales team members. They have a new team member and are training him but are still short handed and looking for additional help.
