Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone out there knew what the symptoms of a bent hub spindle would be? Already installed new wheel bearings, pads, new caliper, and a new rotor-still has symptoms of a bent/warped rotor... THE ROTOR CATCHES ON THE PADS. Bent spindle or actual wheel hub?! Any help would be great. I installed a new rotor, caliper, pads, and wheel bearings on the PS and im still having this issue.

did you replace the trunion bearings? how about the spring clip that holds the pads apart in the caliper?did u make sure the rotor was fully seated on the hub body?did u put lock tite on the bolts that hold the rotor to the hub body?is the caliper operating correctly? do you have stock straight axle rotors or ifs/fj40 rotors with larger caliper?
all i could think of right now...

never heard of a bent spindle but its possible.

Replacing trunions this weekend. New caliper. Loc tite...always..

I dotted my i's and xrossed my ts. Idk how the trunions would even effect it. You never know though...id think it to be a rotating part? The hub itself and the spindle are both gonna be ezpensive..

Does it catch all the way around? If it was a bent spindle it would catch 360. Could be the flange on the hub is tweaked a bit in one spot.
