37's!! :yikes: you just can't stop can you?  Haha, how you think your 22re goin to notice that jump? That's too bad about the smash, what'd you hit? you think you'd  be intersted in selling it?
37s will really help me with my highway speed. Right now with 35s and 5.29s I'm spinning 3k rpm and only 60mph so 37s and 5.29s will be perfect. And I doubt I'm gonna feel much of a loss at all actually probably get the same if not better mpg cause I won't be spinning my motor as fast on the freeway which 90% of my driving is. I hit a tree folded the bumper into my grill. I bent it all back so it looks decent. And I got a long line of local guys that want it after I get a new one haha

Lol, well it sounds like you know what you got. [emoji106] and ya that's fair. That's what I'm hoping for with my highway speed once I make the jump from 29's to my new 31's.

I changed the oil last week

But on a serious note. Gonna get it smog reffed soon, add a header, 37s, duals or single 4.7, different rear suspension setup most likely f150's, ifs rear with chromo shafts and disk brakes, and find a high pinion elocker for the front. And ive been tossing around the idea of 3 linking the front but thats pretty low on the list

Hahaha ... car guy humor... gotta love it.  And that suspension should ride nice. I thought you already had an e locker in the front.?? Well how'd you like the "e" in the back? Ever  really need to use it? And the rear extra width will be nice I sure did like it once I swapped to an Ifs rear.

Alright update time. Been working my ass off at the new job and making a lot of good money. 4 raises in the last 3 month and things have been going good. I've been neglecting to fix some leaks on my motor so I tore into them this weekend. I Ordered a bunch of goodies from 22rePerformance and replaced them this weekend. Intake gaskets, air injection block off plate gaskets, erg coolant plate gasket (what a pita had to drop the trans) and re sealed the valve cover and installed some aluminum half moons  :smokin: also slapped a 20r valve cover on it. While I was in there I eliminated the ca idle up vsv since I'm not running ac, removed the powersteering vacuum lines, and cleaned up all the vacuum line routing and the engine bay looks much better. Runs much better now doesn't leak and my exhaust leak is finally gone!

I always liked the older valve covers so i threw one on. And im pretty tempted to throw a turbo motor in this truck would be cool dont really know anyone with a first gen with a turboed 22re. I figure i'll keep the 22re in my truck right now for later on down the road if i get another truck.

Well just bought a all pro front bumper. Pretty stoked on that! Also planning on a snow trip early February so i gotta get my rig snow ready. Things on the list for that is a new heater core, 5" shackles, Fix some minor cab leaks around the doors, and do the 88-94 22re intake swap so i actually have a cold start! Should be easy enough to get done just need to order all the parts and get to work
