X2   You'll do just fine! I've seen far lesser vehicles get through (not trouble free, of course) without too much issue. Come on down and join the fun!

dweinberg01

Cool. Thanks guys. This run has been my goal since I started working on the truck.

This might be a dumb question, but I'll ask it anyways. How "built" does a truck have to be to make it into Rubicon Springs and enjoy the weekend? I am on 36s with a spool in the rear. Front and rear bumpers and rock sliders. I have dual marlins(4.7 in the rear case) behind a 5vze with an automatic transmission. Is that going to be okay to get me through the weekend? I figure I should ask now (even though I probably should've asked several months ago) so that I don't go up there and just start breaking stuff. Thank you.

hey man ya be fine since last year i made it in with only 35s an a single 2.28case wit 4.10s in the axles.ha was a lil hard coming out but with all that done to ya rig youll walk it no prob

Sad to say that officially I am now out, I have asked BrotherGrim to pick up my packet at the springs.

At least I am out for a good reason this time. I have accepted a new job which requires me to move and of course guess when all of this is going to take place,  yup exactly during round up week.  ugh.    On the bright side my new location will put me closer to the trail head, and give me the ability to attend land use meetings.  :woohoo:

No Wermy at the Round Up?

On the other hand, congrats on the new job, Buddy.

Wermz84

Thanks.

If all goes right, my new place will only be an hour from the trail head.  :yesnod:

I may be looking for people to ride in with us too. I'm the only 'for sure' in my regular group of people going this year. I hate to think that I may be :camping: alone in the springs. :(
