Picked up an upper intake, throttle body, exhaust manifold, AFM/Air Box, Radiator Fan, Heater tubes, EGR Valve and crossover plate to make block off plates. rocker arm assembly, valve cover, alternator and some brackets.
Also picked up my inner axles w/ birfs, diff, and some misc bearings.

Possibly picking up a front hanger, bushings, shackles and making my front spring pack this Friday. 
That means this weekend, my front will be swapped.

Then its Engine &/Or High Steer after that.

Picked up my front hanger tonight, its beef. can't wait to weld my hanger and jigs up tomorrow.

When u go to Jesse's to pick up the hanger. ill try and have him have my set of 5.5in shackles made up to give to you as well.
Unless I head there myself. idk. lol still gotta find out what he charges on the shackles.

I like how the front hanger has a little slider spot on the front...  So what all do you need as far as major components go to get this thing up and going?

Gonna have to make or get some gussets for the end and weld them to the frame... just to make extra beefy... Can never be too cautious

I don't know if I would have commited to that either but it looks like the spring bolt holes are about 1/2" or so back from the front of the frame. That's right where mine ended up for rears up front so I'm guessing you'll be OK with that placement.

I used 3rd gen rears which are longer but they ride and flex great and get the front end even further to the front. I think the early rears are easier because you don't have to scoot your steering box as far forward.

Im going with shackle tubes under the frame, so im good to go. :]

My hole saw bent and i dont wanna deal with it. so under the frame it goes.

how big is the drop on that hanger?

and if youre gonna run shackles under frame pick up some shims to throw under the leafs and watch shackle length so your pinion angle doesnt get too crazy. Same boat im in now, cant increase my shackles from 3.5 to 5 until i get some shims to throw up there and then i gotta actually pay attention to some of my alignment angles and it gets all fawked off.

EDIT: From the bottom edge of the factory frame to the center of the spring mounting hole is 4in.

Ran out of cut off wheels, haven't picked any up yet. Should have the axle ready for mock up. enough bolted on... to get it under the 4runner on Thursday and measure for shock hoops, shocks, rear spring hanger placement, and figure out where my steering box needs to be.
