alright I got the driver's side brokedown, replaced all 4 bushings, installed the 4* shim on the leaf pack. I stopped there so I could relax and get ready for work, it's my FRIDAY! :]

Its the main two 48" and the bottom two are from a 51". Have not cut anything yet. Think a want an overload.

for the front? i have leafs left over from the durango packs I used for the rear springs.

My vote is 39x13.5R15 Bias Ply (most expensive option) But the best all around tire with the biggest clearance.

what ever you can, hard to explain but sometimes they wont let you go 2" aprts on every one your top 2 should be wrapped together then dron 2-3" and 2" apart then again

I'm running 4 with an overload and they've held up well. One spring if a Cherokee lift spring though so it's a little stiffer.

for what its worth i used to run a 7 leaf pack up front and it was killer especially for go fast and they flexed nicely aswell

I plan to get this thing up to 60mph occasionally, to go to the trails around here. so i need it to be stiff enough for that, but flexy as :pokinit: on the trails. So the setup you guys are doing is the best for my plans.

I voted 36 iroks. But I tend to lean towards smaller tires anyway. The military tires are a good cheap option, but I know a few people that ran them on the street and were not stoked with them. Pretty hard tires too.

thats what ive noticed. if im super strapped on cash, that will be my last resort. i want to stay in the 37-40" size.
