Can I PM questions to a member?

I was notified that " I can't just view any members profile"   I had a question for 86bobbedtoy, but didn't not want to side track the thread more than I did.(it was not his thread).  I am used to TTORAs format and haven't figured this place out yet.

I think you need a minimum amount of posts before you can do that (just like posting pictures)

X2 i think its the same way, just comment on some posts you know help out the thread than you should be able to PM him

Yup you need more posts to be able to do that.
