the stupidest thing you have ever done.
« on: Feb 16, 2005, 05:39:12 PM »
:duh: just wondering if anybody else her has pulled off this dumbass maneuver. The other day at work I was building some crates. I was inside one of the crates nailing some boards in when I tripped and shot myself right through the top of my foot. I think that is possibly the worst pain I have ever encountered in my life. needless to say I am not getting around to good today. :smack:

I was carrying scaffolding planks, and, when I went to set the 3 16' planks I had down on the stack, they slipped on my shoulder, so I reached towards the end to try to stop it ( instead of just tossing them off ), and my hand hit a 16D GV nail, and also got a few splinters in with it. I've also stepped on a few nails here and there.

Mounted an amplifier to the gas tank.  :smack:  After drilling the holes and mounting the amp to the rear of the trunk, it started to fill up with gas.  About five gallons worth.  Oh, and there were also live cables from the battery in the trunk.   :_oops:

Stupidest thing I ever did was work for All Pro. If I had worked for Marlin instead, Jon Bundrant would still be repairing cars at All Pro Automotive.
