Strategery might not be his strong point...I believe it is a States issue and as such, maybe the President(or potential) should defer judgement.

Gay marriage is, imho, on the list of things we need to address...but, there are about 13,326 other things that are more pressing.

More like, one of 13,326 things that the government shouldn't even be involved in.  This is of course, imho, they only have their meddling hand in marriage for the money.

But then again i am a fan of less government, not more.

when a president says theyll do stuff, then gets elected and does the opposite.

just look at social security
these people paid into it all there lifes,

and now when they need it most and rely on it,
