Im in ca, but have a nice little place in the woods with wild apple trees, creek with fish.
best part is i doubt anyone else alive has steeped foot near it.
I found a old camp site from the late 1800s about a mile away.

I've got my location all picked out.  Large concrete building, windows and doors are easily boardable.  Building itself is segmented by steel fire doors, so even with a break in, can retreat.  roof access for sniper positions, building is surrounded by about 5 acres of clear ground.  The building runs on propane, with a couple thousand gallon tank that is kept at least half full at all times, also has diesel and gas tanks on site, along with some large trucks, one being a water truck with 3500 gallons of fresh, treatable water.
