We are getting a group together to go up to Calico Ghost town for some wheeling and hanging out.  Plan is to leave friday afterwork and head back sunday at noon or so.  majority of the group is from bakersfield, but we will be having a few people from pismo beach joining us.  should be fun.  let me know if anyone is interested in joining us.  Going to try to make some reservations at the campgrounds today if possible.  If not we will end up camping in the canyon like we did last year.

sweet!  I talked to sean and Jeremy yesterday.  they are both planning on going with their wives and new baby's.  it would be awesome if you guys go.  Niccole and the baby are going to, along with James, Todd, and Larry's wives.  It will be fun.

lol.  we were there last year with you guys.  it was fun.  only reason why we are doing it a week early this year is we had a couple of people who could only go the weekend of the 21st, so we scheduled it for that.  Maybe next year.

One of our group, John and Marcy made a reservation for spot 049, they will be up Friday afternoon, can't miss em red 4door rubicon.  Were still up in the air about going Saturday morning, with one more jeep.  Is everyone going to be camping in the park or will there be some just pitching a tent in the canyon?  I'm more inclined to camp out side but if we'll be the only ones, it'd be lonely :help:

Ok command decision.... Saturday morning we are coming up....What time do you think you will be up and about..ready to hit the trail?   So I know how early we have to leave... Also we'll will plan on just tenting somewhere on the trail but if there is actually room and we can homestead on someones space we may squeeze in if able.  Looking forward to the ghost town. Hope to see you in Gorman, but looking forward to seeing you in Calico Too.

Im guessing we will be up and getting ready around 9ish, probably closer to 0930.  everyone going will have extra room.  I have my whole family going (6 people) so we will be at our max, but everyone else will have room.  and the way we have blocked in our camp area with the spots it should be no problem at all to join us.  we will plan on having you guys stay at the campgrounds with us.  we are planning on going to gorman.  i'm hoping to have my buggy finished by then.  just ordered up the last parts i needed from summit a few nights ago and they are sitting here waiting to be installed.

here is a link to make reservations at the campgrounds at calico.  we now have poeple in our group in o49, o50, o51, o66, o67, and o68.  there are still a few spots open.  make your reservations soon if you plan on camping with us.  they are filling up quick and not much room left.

got some extra room on the trailer?  Enough room to fit a rhino on possibly?  My dad just picked one up last sunday, thats what I borrowed your trailer for.  As of right now we were just planning on taking it out cause we can't fit my truck and it on our trailer.  I thought it would be kinda fun to cruise in the rhino instead of my truck.  but if i can take both it would be cool.  let me know.
