85 build 35" km2s coming soon!

So im starting a build on my 85 toyota. I got it with a 3 inch sky jacker lift on 33s. Also came with 4:88 gears ARBs front and rear. So i got the All Pro 4 inch lift that comes with almost everything i need. im more than half way done already and didnt start taking pictures intell a few days ago so i dont have that many. The rear is done pretty much just got to weld up the rear shock hoop and tabs for the rear. for the front i still have to weld the shock hoops on and weld the drop hanger on fully and put the axle back together. Its gonne be sitting on the 33s intell i can afford 35s or 37s. im hoping to be able to run a 37 but i will have to see what can best. Eventually i would like to do duels or 4.7 but that would be in the future.

I know i will work on getting bigger and better pics. i got the rest of my drop hanger welded on. how bad would it be to not weld the middle part of the drop hanger? i welded where the cross support is and welding inside of it and out and theyre all good strong welds im just got that good at filling in the gap. and seggestions?

your front hanger needs to welded solid if you are going to wheel it....

Okay ill weld the rest of ip then just not to good at welding up gaps. I got the front axle back under it today and sitting on the fround looks pretty good and like the heighth ill have pictures up sometime tomorrow. All i have to do next is put the steering together maybe move the ifs box forward and weld on the front shock hoops and then the rear shock hoop and ill be done. ill keep everything up dated with pics.

So i got the high steer together and all done and the front brake lines in. all i have to do is weld up the shock hoops and bleed the brakes.

I got the front shock hoops on today and im gonna do the rear tomorrow. should be driving it by this weekend.

So im done with my truck now its all finished and waiting on a front drive line to wheel it. but i got it done and went to go flex it out i went and did that and i left and i starting hearing a clicking coming from my driver side knuckle so i stoped looked and nothing i saw was wrong and a buddy of mine told me it was the trinion bearing so i took it home and i took off the hub but havent gone any further with it. Anything i could have done that could have caused it? alighnment being off? and ive heard all pros steering arms dont exactly fit right could that have done it? and sugestions would help. thanks!

Thanks a lot guys. im waiting on a driveline dont really have the money to buy one so i kinda just wanna make one for the time being intell i get a job and have money to do duels and then get a legit drive line. But as soon as i get one ill have wheelin pics posted.
