tough bones  but  apparently  not the case for  other tissue,  after having  extreeme headaches all week,  i sought further help yesterday  LUCKILY 

the ligamints/tendaons in my neck were severly damaged,  causeing  much of the  nerve  problem i have.  the  lawyer noticed  i was having trouble  making my words  and when signing my nam i couldnt seem to remember how to make a 'D'  so he sent me to a chiropracer friend of his  to do exrays,  there they found my c1 and c2  were badly misalined  this is why  my hands and eyes  arent conneting properly,  he  also said  i had  sweeling in my skull  called it a traumatic brain injuy  i thought this was the same as a concussion but he said it was   actually worse  that i SHOULDave been hospitaled  the day of my weck  but its been 6 dayds  so  he said  to just rest  and  to  talk here  as much as i could stand  to keep  my eyes and hands  wanting to work

Did you ever find out if the woman had insurance? What is going to happen if she didn't? She is still responsible for your injuries and the damage to your truck.

no  she didnt have insurance,  Statefarm is going to pay for my immediate medical upto $5000 i think,  and  for my truck  then they will sue her  for their money,   and  My lawyer is going to work with statefarm  to make sure  she suffers  as much as i am


and btw  i go see the MD doctor  wednesday,  the chiroprater  is working with the med doctor  to make sure  i heal  as well as i possibly can,  although they said  the injury  i  recieved  to my neck  and  base of my skull is permanent    it can be made better   and with  help  not be in as much pain  but  it  is permanetn and  possibly  she will pay  for my disability

Not that she is not totally at fault but if you had been wearing your seatbelt you would not have as much injury as you do.
And WTF is up with uninsured motorists?? How on EARTH do people drive around without insurance!! I hope the insurance companies reams her a least 3 new ones! And I do hope your rates don't go up because of this

the cops ticketed her and made a police report, they had to have known.

yes she was ticketd for no insurance, falure to yield  and something else, but i cant remember what lawyer told me

doc and chiro  told me to  usea icepack, 10min on 10 min off,  been doing it for 2 hours  and  i really feel a difference
