I looked around online but it's hard to look good on a I pod touch so has anyone taken a 20r block and put a 22r head on it is it possible if so please help me I believe I got all the stuff

Probably not, as it's about the worst combination you could come up with. People DO put 20R heads on 22R blocks, as it's supposed to help the low end torque. Easier to get the rpm's up, or some such thing...

yea pre 1984 22r block 20 r hear and intake 22r cam and rocker assy machine head to fit theres a thread here and  a vid on youtube bout it
