How much work is it to swap a 2.7 tacoma motor into my 1986 4runner

how much work? I found a complete roller over truck only 33,000 miles on motor for $600 complete truck. What you think should i stick with the 22re thats in it?

I have done it. If you have the hole truck it's not bad at all. I would swap the hole truck harness and then it's only a few connection to change over, some plumbing and exhaust cross over.

x2 its much easier with a complete donor rig have fun and start a build thread if you want but you will like the power
