I think that's the point -- if you are paying so little attention that you can't score well on that test, you are too poorly-informed to be voting anyway.

I passed the test but still choose not to vote.  I don't care enough to take the time to be an informed voter and I don't think that uninformed people should vote.

Did you notice that one picture was stored under the persons name so it gave the answer?  After seeing this I checked a few of the others and I think it was just the one, but you better at least figure that one out.
