Got another problem with my 85' 4runner that I cant figure out. No fuses blown or fusible links (little boxes right?) heard a welder arc sound about three times before the problem. Just a nightmare, this 85', rust holes in firewall let water drip into the cab but sound was coming from engine bay. Anyone have any ideas? How do I check for a short circuit? Thx.

the ground inside the steering column is bad

get some bulb grease and pull it apart

hey, my turn signals not workin at all. not even the arrows on the dash. and my wipers just recently quick working. any tips?

Check the fusible links in the little box on the Right front fender. Fuse box as well. Simple first, then trace circuit if fuses aren't blown with a multi meter.

Make sure the wire is not broken some where. With the line not energised or battery disconnected do a continuity test from switch to load and then test from switch to source.

Logged I've got the most liftedest truck in town, that little jap truck done stand no chance gainst my Chevy. My Chevy gots a V8 more lift an bigger tires,and an exhaust system, whats yer tuna can got, a V4, and them tires look like they is offa Saturn Corulla.
