What are the main components ill need to make this 2wd a 4wd and w a SAS... what kindof tranny, SAS, rear axle, driveshaft??? Ivegot the cash to throw down i wanna make it sick and paint it.. maybe the all pro kit>?

That all depends on how deep your wallet is!!  And how built you want.  :dunno:

You can use the 2wd tranny, just need to get a divorced t-case.  Which has been done.  But your best bet would be to look for a R151F tranny and case, if not, then look for a W56 series tranny and case.  A rear axle out of a v6 truck, it's wider and shouldn't have to run spacers on the back.  But you will have to run spacers on the front of a Toyota straight axle.  And the 84-85 had the most bracing from the factory.  Or you can get custom widths from Diamond Axle.

As for a SAS kit, Marlin & All-Pro carry some of the best kits, but they are a bit more than some of the other companies out there, but they are made with high quality parts. 

But if you want to run 1 tons, then companies like Sky-Offroad, Ballistic (?) has what you need to for bigger. 

The possibilities are endless, just do some searching in the buildup and research threads on here, to get ideas and places to get stuff from.
