hey all. new to this forum but not to wheelin. built my 86 4-runner when i was in the 9th grade. worked my but off to pay for the parts. then after i got off of working a 10 hour day worked for another 5 every night on it. i'm all about the built not bought thing.  but anyways HI!
1985 4runner. 4.3TBI, ford 9" rear w/detroit, toy front w/detroit, longfield shafts, alcan springs, dual cases.

man this forum is sweet. i could spend all day on here. i love that it is almost all about toyota. i am big into the cummins forum(just built a sweet tow rig :thumbs: ) but this site has all kinds of info.

i pretty much know every back road and trail in montrose that my truck could make it over. I'm in idaho right now, but in a couple weeks i'll be back down there and i'm gonna go check out some of my old trails and see how they've held up... Montrose really has a bit of everything! hills, rocks dessert, mountains, rivers... you name it and we got it...
