howdy! iv been summoned to emissions and since my runner currently has no tail pipe/rusted out cat and muffler i was wondering if any of you guys know what size the pipe from the manifold is and what is a good, cost effective cat and from where?

If you don't live in CA you might be able to pick up a cat from a wrecking yard, other wise the $70 ones from the local parts store should be good enough.  The turbo raptor muffler($24) that Kragen's(O'Reilly's) sells has a nice deep tome to it, but wont last long if you live in the rust belt.

yurp im up here in ct so i picked up a thrush welded muffler and im gonna bring it to the testing center with a 1/8th tank of petrol and ether shouldnt trip any signals!
