Thanks for the vote of confidence!  Seriously I just needed some liquid courage before I started!  I hope I never have to do this again with a sawzall, next time I'm getting a Plasma!

Here is what the Coors Light helped me with, took longer than I thought to drop all this crap.  I had to be careful because the previous Owner installed a 4" IFS lift and I intend to sell it to help fund the Marlin Crawler Visa :D  The IFS actually rode very nice and the 33's fit perfect to. 



It's gone!!

Here is where I am at now, my very first welds was the 3/16" steel I added to beef up the back of the engine mount brackets.  Looks really beefy to me I think it should hold up great.



And here is the Marlin hanger on....  I went with flush but it's just tacked until I get further along.

Marlin's 4" springs up front and the existing Springs/Shackles out back until i save up more $ for the Marlin rear kit.

Yeah I think with weight on it the shackle angle will be good, my concern was I can't go any further because the freakin bolts are wrong!  I guess those short ones are just for the front hanger but MC sent all 6 of them the same length :(

Well after I went to Lowes to get some temporary bolts until I get the right ones from Marlin I got the last hole drilled (fun :flamer:) and they are hung!





and....




Working on cleaning up the donor axle and hope to have it put together by tomorrow night!   :crossed:
